What time can I check-in and check-out?
Zen By The Lake follows a standard Check-In time i.e. 2 PM, while the standard check-out time is 12 PM for all of our guests.
Are early check-ins and late check-outs allowed at zen by the lake?
Early check-ins and late check-outs can be accommodated, subject to availability. They may be subject to additional charges
Do I need to show any documents at the time of check-in?
Yes, we will require an identity document, either a CNIC or a passport.
How can I talk to the front desk?
Please dial 0 (ZERO) from your in-room phone to talk to the Front Desk.
Can I request housekeeping?
Rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis. Housekeeping services are available on request besides this, by dialing 0 and requesting it from the front desk.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. Wi-Fi username and password for your rooms will e provided at the time of check-in.
Is there a restaurant available on location?
Yes, we have a restaurant in the hotel which serves breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner.
Do you have buggies or carts to transport guests on the site?
We do not offer buggies or carts as the terrain of our hotel doesn’t allow for that.
Is parking available for hotel guests?
Yes, parking slots are available for guests at the hotel.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. However, each room has a balcony where guests can smoke.
Do you offer airport shuttle service?
An airport shuttle service can be arranged if requested in advance.

Reservations & Cancellations
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made by sending a direct message on the Instagram account (link here) or by sending a Whatsapp to 0092 300 0320 380.
How do I cancel/ amend a booking?
Cancellations/ amendments can be made by sending a direct message on the Instagram account (link here) or by sending a Whatsapp to 0092 300 0320 380.
Am I required to pay an advance when making the booking?
Yes, a 50% advance will need to be made at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Canceling a booking less than 10 days before the reservation date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with more than 10 days notice will be fully refunded.
What if my flight gets cancelled on the supposed arrival date or there is a landslide that prevents me from reaching the hotel on that day?
In case of flight reservation or a natural disaster like a landslide, the deposit will be refunded in full upon verification of the cancelled flight/ natural disaster.
What payment methods are accepted?
At the moment, we accept cash and bank transfers.
Do you accept credit cards?
We are not set up to accept credit cards at the moment.
Does the room rate include breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is complimentary.
